Comparesoft's Review

Josh Barrow Josh Barrow Senior Platform Manager Compare Asset Management Software – Comparesoft

Zoidii is a product designed to excel at the fundamentals of maintenance. It focuses on mastering a core set of features, such as its nested PPMs, rather than offering an extensive range of functionalities that many businesses rarely use. This makes it particularly well-suited for smaller businesses maintaining critical processes like production lines.

Zoidii is quick to implement and comes with dedicated support from industry professionals with over 25 years of experience.

"One of our critical systems failed in production, and the maintenance team was running at 50% capacity due to Covid. The system was down for five days, during which we missed some important customer deliveries. We needed a system to better track and manage our maintenance and reduce the risk to business continuity. "Two features stand out for making a big difference in our work. In the mobile app, technicians can snap pre- and post-repair images of the issue and upload them to the work order. They can also add comments to the work order as they proceed through the repair giving a chronological history of the steps taken to fix the machine. Together, it makes it easy for anyone on the team to review the repair. Overall, the technicians are less reliant on second opinions and are more empowered when doing their work."

"...the feedback has been very positive from the team. You don't need a Ph.D. in rocket science to use Zoidii. It is user-friendly, as we saw during the demos, so new users pick it up quickly. Our favorite feature is the guest work request portal. It's four fields and takes seconds to complete. We hired a new chef for one of our facilities, and I showed him how to create a guest work request in less than 60 seconds. He was beyond impressed by how quickly he could report an issue in his kitchen to the maintenance team. Floor staff loves the camera option; they can add a picture to the ticket, making it easier for the maintenance technician to evaluate what he needs to bring with him ahead of attending to the task."
