Infraspeak provides a modern, and fresh, perspective on maintenance and facilities operations. They utilise connected applications, IoT, leveraging AI, and the power of community, to create smart facilities maintenance. Their platform is completely configurable and modular, meaning businesses can only select what they need which includes managing user access through multiple apps and workflows. They’re a company who have grown exponentially based on the strength of their product and their expertise in core industries such as hospitality.

It’s used by both facilities managers and facilities service providers to manage maintenance and often do the core basics well: one of my favourites is their  capabilities to create and manage dynamic maintenance programmes for facilities instead of individual assets.

Comparesoft's Review

Josh Barrow Josh Barrow Senior Platform Manager Compare Asset Management Software – Comparesoft

Yotta is an enterprise grade product aimed at solving infrastructure asset management pain points for government and public organisations. Yotta’s hybrid map interface makes it particularly good at managing location-based assets. The field based users get access to Mobile App to manage repairs and maintenance of critical infrastructure assets. As Yotta is an enterprise product, it often takes 3 months+ to implement the product.

Yotta is less suited for small and early stage medium businesses which do not have critical assets.

Yotta has been listed on Comparesoft since Jan 2022

"Working in partnership with Yotta has enabled us to raise standards in highways asset management across the county, while at the same time delivering operational efficiencies and driving down costs. We have a shared vision of how by harnessing and making optimum use of the latest technology developments in this area we can maintain our highways infrastructure at the highest possible level, and ensure Norfolk remains a great place to live and work."

"Over the last decade, we have developed a close, trust-based working relationship with Yotta. The extensive experience and far-reaching expertise they have built up on our highways network is invaluable to us. The key benefit is fast time to insight. Yotta has already demonstrated their ability to deliver this by plotting different road investment scenarios and analysing their likely impact. We have confidence in their knowledge of our data; the agility of their software and their ability to analyse market trends and deliver accurate, well-informed advice. Thanks to Yotta, we have made great strides towards achieving asset management best practice and to maximising our share of the Government's Incentive Fund."

reviews

"We were especially impressed with the flexibility it offered us. As it is cloud-based and runs as-a-service, we don't have to worry about infrastructure and IT service costs, or the time and resource needed to run and manage the system on-site. At the same time, however, we can link all our data into it in order to achieve greater insight across our asset types. Critically too, it allows our engineering and maintenance teams to work remotely and with greater levels of efficiency and productivity."

"Yotta's strategic consultancy has been key to shaping our whole approach to highways infrastructure and asset management. We use Yotta and its asset management software solutions, Mayrise and Horizons, across all aspects of our highways operations, from scheduling safety inspections to defending insurance claims to bidding for government funding. Since we started working together 10 years ago, we've recorded an increase in claims repudiation rates and a reduction in highway claims generally in addition to effciencies in timeliness of completing scheduled highway safety inspections, which helps defend claims more successfully."

"This work helped to produce a clear, understandable and robust evidence based report and strategy to enable the asset management team to bid for extra government funding and to prove a business case for the council to use prudential borrowing to invest in infrastructure on a partial 'invest to save' basis. With support from Yotta, we could demonstrate the potential savings we can achieve as well as the positive impact this funding would have for residents, businesses and visitors to Warrington. Likewise, we could highlight the potential negative impact for citizens, businesses and the council that would arise without the additional funding."
